Q     What are shipping costs?

A      Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase and will be displayed to you in your total prior to any credit card information entry.

Q     How soon will my order ship?

A      Products usually ship within 1 business day after the order is placed. Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not considered business days when calculating delivery times.

Q     How soon will I get my product?

A      Products ship UPS Ground. Delivery generally takes between 1 – 5 business days after product ships depending upon how far you are from the shipping point. No products are delivered on Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not considered business days when calculating delivery times. Canada and Puerto Rico deliveries will vary.

Q     Does CarDiscountStereos.com ship to Canada?

A      Yes we do. The customer is responsible for payment of all tariffs, duties, and taxes that may be due upon delivery.

Q     What are the tariffs, duties and taxes that may be due for Canada shipments?

A      There will be a provincial tax and a federal tax due. Duties and tariffs are 6 ½% maximum but depends on the country of origin and the type of product. Please contact your local government agency.

A      Yes we do. The customer is responsible for payment of all tariffs, duties, and taxes that may be due upon delivery.

Q     What are the tariffs, duties and taxes that may be due for Puerto Rico shipments?

A      At this time we are aware of none. For final verification you should contact your local government agency.
